The Pantone Spring Fashion Color Report is a great resource for your color palette. You may be afraid to add color to your wedding cake, but don’t be afraid, sometimes is just adds that final touch.
We are lucky that we get to work with some amazing wedding coordinators in St. Louis. We worked on a wedding last year with Lacy Branch of Lacy Branch Events. Just a plain white cake would not do for Jessica’s wedding, so we decided to try icing the cake in pink. We matched a custom swatch and accented it with an ivory lace buttercream design. A perfect combination that really makes the lace detail pop.
